They are very clear in their business upfront and are extremely kind, friendly, and professional. My first visit was something small, but my second visit was much more major. I came in knowing I had a gasket leak in my oil pan, and they found and fixed the issue as well as let me know of the other issues they found affecting my car so I could choose to fix them as well (I did). I was able to get it all done for a very fair price and no hassle or worry. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I meet in Starkville. They always make you feel welcome and respected - thank you again for helping me take care of my car!

I was immediately helped and given a set date when the car would be ready, which is incredibly helpful with a busy schedule. Though the car was finished one day late, I was informed ahead of time. Great communication. I had an additional problem with the car (was not caused by the accident, and not their fault) and took it back in for a re-evaluation. They promptly took the car back to look at it, and fully explained to me (and showed me) the problem going on, and some courses of action at no extra cost. In my eyes, they are an outstanding team. The quality of the work was borderline immaculate. The fender assembly is all fixed up/replaced and the paint blending was far better than I thought it would turn out. It makes sense why Advanced Collision has grown so large. The school (MSU) does bring in more business, but their customer service and care for their job really sets them apart from the rest of the auto repair world.
