We moved from Cornelius to Denver NC in July 2020 and while closer, in distance, with all the traffic on NC Hwy 16 Business, it's about the same drive time to our original branch. Therefore, we have continued to utilize the Huntersville location unless are in the dropping of the dog for day care or grooming. That said. while I still prefer Huntersville, I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Staff is good and knowable about them products, but our shopping habits are different. Unless something is different, I do not specifically make a special trip to a bank. I'll normally tie such a trip to visiting and shopping else and to be candid, there is little to bundle this location with any other location in Denver, NC Staff is good and I have always been serviced with good results.

Ended up at 5/3 after the local bank where I was doing business merged with another bank and then they got absorbed by a rather large and unresponsive regional institution :-( Big plus is Saturday lobby hours. Not that I'm in here banking every weekend but it's nice to have the option. Major malfunction is service charges on HSA if the balance is below $5000. So I get charged a fee and I will probably have to pay a penalty on the withdrawal because it isn't an actual health expense. nice... On a completely unrelated note: I am more than a little tired of the whole finance and mercantilism charade but it isn't like we've got options.

Your adjuster referred me to caliber collision, they both were clear that the upholstery repair would have to be subbed because caliber collision does not repair upholstery. When I call State Farm to complete the claim to have my headliner repaired, they told me that Caliber collision had the sagging headliner cleaned, and that there was no water damage, that water leaking in from my shattered sunroof over time...wouldn't damage the headliner. This was the best excuse State Farm had to deny my claim. State Farm and Caliber Collision are obviously in cahoots and I detect shady practices.
