I am extremely happy with my decision. The check in process is fast and the doctor made me feel heard and she understood how I felt and what I needed . I'm very iffy with doctors and she was sympathetic, she listened and didn't make me feel stupid for questions I asked or things I was concerned about . The front desk staff is just as friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone ! They have a parking lot in the back of the building so you don't have to drive around looking for a spot which is convenient. If your looking for a doctors office that cares about your health please go there you won't regret it .

After days of lounging around like a love-sick iguana, not being able to move without having a sharp pain in my chest, my friend suggested I use her family practitioner. "It could be a sinus infection!" She cautioned, side-eyeing my intense pile of tissues. Phefff, I doubted it... but better safe than sorry. I just walked in and waited--- wasn't that bad at all, about 15 minutes. Dr. Bienenstock was very sweet to me when she broke the news that I was only using 40% of my lung capacity. WHATTTTT!?!?!?!?!??! Am I going to die?! *Wheeze wheeze* "A healthy young girl like you shouldn't be short of breath after climbing up stairs," she smiled brightly and handed me a prescription for an inhaler. "Don't worry, it's reversible... *detailed medical instructions*" Thanks Doc! Quick, painless, and easy. Moral of the story: get a family practitioner, use Dr. Bienenstock.

I can't say enough about the care I get from Dr. Rex. Not only is he a very good general…read morepractitioner, he is exceptionally knowledgeable about cardiac care and how to explain it in easy to understand terms, He is exceptionally knowledgeable about nutrition, has an outstanding staff and is an MD VIP doctor so he can focus his full attention on his patients. I never have a problem getting a quick appointment, and when I do, he spends a lot of time with me. Yes, there is an extra cost being in an MD VIP practice, but it is worth every penny. The annual physical is very comprehensive and gives me piece of mind that everything is being addressed, and I don't have to spend extra on a separate nutritionist. Frankly Dr. Rex's nutrition counseling is better than a professional nutritionist because because he sees my medical tests and knows my whole history. Just those two things, the annual exam and the nutrition counseling, more than make up for the added cost. Plus, he is a nice guy with a nice bedside manner. Adding all that up, he gets 5 stars from me.

I have sick parents and a disabled child and yes I had to rearrange my appointment twice( I called every time) and the third time I wrote it in my calendar wrong but I did show up even though it was the wrong time. Yet they shamed me and told me I had three no-shows so they would have to get approval to reschedule my appointment but they would have to call me back even though I was standing in front of them in the office at the time. And I did not have three no-shows! I had two ahead of time reschedules and one where I came a few hours late because I wrote it down wrong and yes that's my fault however They tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong because I had to reschedule my two previous appointments. And then told me it was a no-show which is a complete lie I called every single time. You can't even get in this place for me to be able to recommend whether or not the doctor was any good. My 1st appointment with them they actually called to tell me that they were overbooked and wanted to move me to another day because they had too many patients that day. I was a brand new patient I should have known that there would be problems then. No clue how the doctor is but I would never recommend this place ever!

I got the results back and I'm not a dr so when things come back looking not normal, it worries me. I had to call the office to follow up and left a message but didn't hear back for weeks. weeks! And then when I finally do get a call back, it's not even from the dr and they just said everything looks fine. yeah, that's not a dr I want to be seeing. Someone who can't even call me back and I need to call to follow up on my own bloodwork when the results to me, look worrying.

He has a great personality and makes people to feel very comfortable with him. He spends enough time in explaining the issues and answering all the questions calmly. My boys actually like to go to the doctor since we moved here and chose this practice for them. Office staff is nice and friendly and the office itself is small but welcoming. I've had to call upon both Dr.'s for late night on call service and in the past I've had Dr.'s sounding annoyed that you are making an overnight on call but not the case here. They are very good at listening to their patients as well as the requests of the parents.

We then went for a follow up to the office after the hospital released my daughter and found she needed additional procedures...All in all they are a great bunch of docs and you can be sure you will get top notch treatement...
