People always like to blame others when the pool goes down, or there is a water shut off. We had similar problems when we lived in our house, truly no one's fault. Wendy also worked diligently to get us our money back when there was an overcharge for the gas bill several months ago. This resulted in a complete refund of the over charge. We think people need to get their facts right before they share untruths in a review.

This company owns 2 properties that are down the street from each other, there is a clear division in the 2 properties Essex being the lower grade with persons of color being housed there and Blair house the premium property having no diversity. There were a total of 4 tenants of color in Blair house and we have all been driven out by management and the leasing agent Sid. I can only hope the previous residents of color are brave enough to speak up about their experience which is worse than mine being victims of blatant discriminatory practices! You won't get an honest review of this property from anyone because of the tactics used, now they are offering gift cards for tenants to write good reviews with their help!
