She has transformed the maintenance team and front office staff into individuals that really take pride in their work. People always like to blame others when the pool goes down, or there is a water shut off. We had similar problems when we lived in our house, truly no one's fault. Wendy also worked diligently to get us our money back when there was an overcharge for the gas bill several months ago. This resulted in a complete refund of the over charge. We think people need to get their facts right before they share untruths in a review.

I can only hope the previous residents of color are brave enough to speak up about their experience which is worse than mine being victims of blatant discriminatory practices!
