It was important that the floors were done before we moved into our home. The owner came to our home and discussed their procedure and took measurements. I then received a call telling me they could not perform the service before our move date and so we agreed to just move our furniture out of the room. He gave me a prospective date and I reminded him that I still did not have an estimate. That was the last I heard from him. My phone calls went unanswered. I am now dealing with finding another company, which I would have done originally if I had known Akrosteam was going to ghost on me.
