A gorgeous array of salad greens replete with various olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, blanched orange peppers and HOMEMADE croutons. I had my daughter's College graduation party at home, about 40 guests; Ray-Ray's did it all, the shopping, prep work, and setting up, cleaning up, everything right down to the flowers on the tables. The MENU WAS FANTASTIC, THE SERVICE IMPECCABLE! I also had a birthday party for 8 guests, a sit down diner lobster and tri tip roast were PERFECTION! , Chocolate mouse was awesome, along with everything in between.
