Plus you're the only person there, and they've got three staff members on the floor, and one of them seems to be the owner. Okay, stay calm Dave, you need paint, and you're not going to go anywhere else now... Eventually I got someone to assist me, and the product range was good, so I managed to get a good deal on paint, rollers and that tray thingy where you put the paint it. Did I mention that I hate painting, surely just an oversight, because I hate painting, very much. One tip I can give you is to place a rubber band around the top and bottom of the paint tin, this will allow you to catch the paint off your brush when you dip the brush in the paint, a tip that will save you a big mess.

AA advised Armstrong would be there in 15-60 minutes. They arrived after about 80 minutes. When the locksmith arrived, he got to work without delay, however he never really spoke to us. We waited near the car with our 11 month old baby for TWO HOURS while the locksmith continued trying to create a replacement key. At no stage did the locksmith bother to tell us it would take hours, or we would have found another way to get our daughter home right away. After more than 2 hours, we asked what was happening and the locksmith said it would be another half hour. At this stage, we got our daughter home in an Uber. After another hour the locksmith said he didn't know how to create a replacement key. We got another locksmith out the next day who explained it would take a few hours and that we didn't need to be there. They created the replacement key without any fuss. We have now had to phone and ask Armstrong for their invoice 3 times ($180 for the call-out!) so we can submit it with an insurance claim. They keep promising to send the invoice but have failed to do so.
