My own family doctor allows me for a hard-to-acquire fifteen-minute phone interview, whereas both of my in-person sessions were of 1.5 hour and an hour-long durations (I was not even charged for the second visit!). I think from here on in I will be seeing my family doctor if I break a bone, but I will definitely see more of Dr. ADRIAN for overall health treatment. Her staff were wonderful as well!

They charged her credit card a no-show fee right away and shut her down on the phone. The fee amount for missing this 15-minute call was higher than the whole 30-minute appointment. I happened to listen in on this call because I was in the car. I was disgusted by how robotic the receptionist sounded and how they treat their long-term customers.

The massage was ok and the massage therapist was kind, accommodating, and courteous…read more But the receptionist was really loud... almost as if I was walking into a core power studio or a sales environment. The receptionist and a different therapist also complained about a customer no-showing in front of me and another client, saying, "it figures", "no surprise there", etc. The receptionist continued to be loud during the treatment. The walls are thin and the floors creak because it's an old building -- fair enough. But there didn't seem to be any effort to work around this, easy options could be: ask your receptionist to be quieter in general, use white noise machines, choose different music that drowns out the noise of the clinic and busy road, put some carpets down. Overall the environment was lacking: The massage table squeaked and seemed old. It was too short for me at 5'6" to have my head on the bed when I laid on my back. When it was time to turn onto my back, the therapist asked me to put the back of my head in the face cradle. I had to tell them my neck was *really* unsupported, to the point it hurt. The clocks in the treatment rooms were large, bright white LED -- mimicking a neon light style. They shine in your eyes during the treatment. Overall not a comfy or relaxing environment. Don't recommend.

After being referred to Lilianne by my bestie, I prebooked five appointments with her a month in advance (because her books fill *so fast*!) I missed the one last week due to a scheduling error on my part, and she was really kind and understanding (as was Amanda at the front desk). I live with MS, and Lilianne was knowledgeable about my condition, what pressure is suitable for me, and what I can do in my spare time to help alleviate my condition. She sent me an email straight away with stretches I can do to help my chronic back pain, gave me life advice, and was just generally really wonderful to talk to and have as an RMT. I go for massages a *lot*, and I think it's safe to say that Lilianne gave me one of the best massages ever, hands down, and she's my permanent go-to now. (I can feel my spine comfortably readjusting as I type this.) Another great experience at Inlet Wellness; I'm excited for the next five weeks of appointments, because you better believe I booked that far in advance--she's worth it. I'm sure the other RMTs at Inlet are brilliant, too, but I can only speak for Lillianne. If you're able to book with her, do it. You won't be disappointed.

Due to his knowledge and skills appointments are usually almost a month ahead and he takes the time he needs with his patients. Therefore, he always is behind schedule. Sometimes up to an hour. But no matter what he's worth the wait. The only day he doesn't have appointments is Wednesday where it's a walking Clinic. The other 3 Dr. Are also very good.
