Was told I…read morecouldn't at first, sat on hold for 45 minutes with hotels.com and the manager motioned for me to come back inside. I told my husband to let him know I'll be back in when I get off the phone. The lady I was on the phone with said I needed to cancel the reservation, then she said she would talk to the hotel manager and put me back on hold. I went back inside they decided that I didn't need to cancel that I in fact COULD just use a different payment method and not be double charged. So it took almost an hour for me to get in the hotel. There was a hooker that was dropped off in the parking while we were waiting and the hotel is in a little rougher condition that expected but compared to the outside the rooms were decent. Clean with a flat screen tv and it was quite at night. Wouldn't be my first choice but the manger we was nice and after arriving the room was nicer than expected after seeing the outside in person. I'd say it's Worth it for the money.

Traded in cards and only got 30%. No wonder they are having a hard time after saying they give 70%. Items were over priced (being jacked up) with same items $20-30 cheaper at Walmart and Amazon and other vendors. Customer service is lacking. Rude when it is uncalled for, short answers, lack of communication.
