Seven. Weeks. After getting our money back and all of our paperwork the director continually blamed the previous director for the mistake. It doesn't matter whose fault it was. The previous director left MONTHS AGO. Any "errors" should have been fixed long before now. There was a complete oversight by someone that caused a HUGE inconvenience for us and a scramble to find another day care. Our experience with Le Chaperon Rouge was absolutely terrible.
