I'm writing this…read morereview in hopes that it helps others have the same wonderful experience that we have had here. First of all, Crystal is absolutely amazing to work with. You can tell that she truly cares about her tenants. She made our move in super easy and stress free. We were new to Kentucky when we moved in and totally lost in terms of finding a great place to live. The property is immaculately kept. The landscaping and facade are all maintained throughout the year. They go to great lengths to ensure that the property is well kept and beautiful. There is also ample parking at all times. The interior of the apartments are just as nice and well done as the exterior. This was the cleanest apartment that I have ever moved into. Everything looked brand new. It was as though we were the first tenants in the unit. The layout of the apartments is fantastic. The bathrooms, living room and kitchen are all large and roomy. And if you are lucky enough to get an apartment that faces downtown, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have spent countless hours on the extra large balcony enjoying the peaceful scenery. The neighborhood and neighbors are also great. This is a very quiet and peaceful complex. People actually wave to each other and it is a very diverse group of people. In the two years that we have lived here we have not had any issues with noise in the complex or from our neighbors. In terms of price, the rent is extremely reasonable for the safety, quiet, peace and beauty that you get here. Pets are welcome and there's plenty of places to run then and let them play. The apartments are close to downtown as well as 64 which takes you to both Lexington and Louisville. This review may sound like it was written by the owner but it was not. I took the time to say these things because the people at Sky Properties always took the time to ensure that all of our needs were met. It's not often that you find a place as well managed as this. As both of us are now working in Louisville, we are relocating to reduce our commute. Otherwise, we would have happily called 100 Pinnacle Court home for many many years. Do yourself a favor and check them out...you will not regret it.

First it was Mon and Fri and now they have this new girl and she's here Mon, Wed and Fri. And if you have a issue in between you better suck that shit up buttercup. They have a bug problem and only spray once a month, even if you tell them that you've seen critters after that, oh well gotta wait til the next first Tuesday. They don't make the tenants pick up their dog shit, so it's literally shit everywhere you walk, even on the side walks. It use to be really quite over here but these little demonic white kids that live in the back are terrors and they're parents just let them run wild. They break things and harass other people's kids by trying to fight them, cussing them out and flipping them off. They've even threatened to kill this one kid. And has anything been done about them. Nope. They have no shame. The Landry room is a joke, there's always a machine or two that's down and we only have 8 for a complex with at least 40 something units. And the machines are always filthy. Over all the place is a hell hole with very poor management and believe me buddy I won't be renewing my lease next year. I wish I never stumbled across this desolate fifth circle of hell.

I've never had to wait on hold for more than a minute when I've called them with an account question. When you call them, you talk to a real person at the bank, not someone in a call center overseas, or a robot. Their rates are very competitive; they're better than any other bank I've seen, and they're not out to nickel and dime you like most big banks are. Of course, you're going to get better savings rates with an online, high yield account, but their mortgage and car loan rates are much lower than what you'll find at a stealership, or a commercial mortgage lender. They've only got one branch, but you can use any of Commonwealth Credit Union's ATMs around town, as well as any AllianceOne network ATM. There's also a handful of shared branches across the country and state that you can use to get to your money. Did I mention they've got free online banking and billpay? I've been tempted to switch to Commonwealth Credit Union since they've got 4 branches in Frankfort and one in Lexington, but the folks at KECU just treat me right each time I come in.

After completing an application and a few emails back and forth with the loan officer, I was approved in no time and able to replace my furnace before the next freeze. The staff at KECU was very helpful and VERY patient with a loan newbie. I will definitely continue to bank with the friendly folks at KECU.
