The store was well organized and I saw no clothes on the floor. The so called security guy didn't greet me as I walked in. I decided it wasn't the look I imagined in my head while in the store when I purchased them. So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I felt like this lady little kid or something but, she was actually accepting my return I just let her talk. I have a new outlook on this store location with ROSS staff reprimanding me talking about "this is an outlet or discounted store so, X,y,z..... The whole time I'm looking at her like last...this is a part of shopping. I have the right to purchase, decided it's not the look I images and return items. I was like lady...hush up, I do not have time to hear your mouth. She was hellAH rude on my 1st attempt & today ALMOST was not better with me having to hear this lady reprimand me over returning items. I hope Customer Service Rep- POLICE....was not a Manager/Supervisor cause, she was out of line for her tone & mouthy mean delivery. SMH I have often patronize this store but, they just lost a customer today! So unprofessional.

Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

She was very friendly, and her prices are fair. The pants look great, too. She even does custom design and embroidery work. I will definitely keep her in mind for future sewing needs.
