My husband's cardiologist retired and he was referred to Inland, when he called for an appointment he was going to have to wait till November. I called the office explained his health history, I spoke with a competent MA the appointment was moved to early June. I think some of the complaints people listed are not Inland Cardiology but the way Providence Health Care Systems operate. The patients of Kadlec were accustomed to a more personal care, that is gone. The community hospital has become a medical center devoted to only one thing the bottom line, health care is big business.

He saw me twice a year, did labs, EKG & Stress test once a year; change meds as indicated. I suffered a mild stroke, blessed it wasn't debilitating! Then the unthinkable happened. To my everlasting sorrow my Cardiologist retired. Finding a new Dr was not easy. I've been mired in the Kadlec System and it's scary. I've have no preventative care at all! Visit once a year! No med evaluation or changes. Given my history with surgery not to mention stroke...given my age (over 80) one might think this would be the time to be vigilant and try to head off problems- not "go with the flow" until SOMETHING happens. There is a God! I have a new, capable, caring, Dr. NOT part of the Kadlec Machine! Anything can happen, but peace of mind is priceless. Don't get that lost in a huge maze.

My entire family has been long time patients of Br. Benedict…read more Two stars because he's an amazing provider, however the front desk staff, billing, and scheduling has ALWAYS been terrible. Now with the Kadlec takeover, if you can believe it, they're EVEN WORSE. Forcing patients to schedule annual exams 1-2 years in advance is ridiculous. Putting someone on hold for 30 minutes with an automated message telling them they are last in a que of 50 people is absurd. Can't help but feel it's pure BS intended to force people to an automated form of communication, the opposite approach of the type of care that was received when the practice was independent.
