The Riwwelmaddes is the closest I've come to an English style pub in Germany. They have a good…read morewhiskey selection, serve up an excellent Guinness and the menu is varied and very reasonable. The meat on a hot stone is great for the carnivores amongst you. Every so often they also do an excellent Fish and Chips night.
