They say on their website that one "can be assured of a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere" when visiting their shop - I received the complete opposite when trying to return an unopened item (they do not accept refunds). And even when I accepted the offer of a credit note, delivered with hostility and resentment, this was only for three-months! Hardly a way for local business to pull together. My friends and I, even though we all live locally, will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

They usually have a sale on, colthes and/or jewelry which I have previously got loads of good stuff from. The staff are very helpful and friendly, when i returned an item the lady was very polite about it, and chatted to me.
