She always runs late for appointments (seriously, usually an hour or so). But she is well-worth the wait. She runs late for appointments because she actually spends time listening to you and talking with you. She never rushes you and will spend an hour with you if needed. She will never make you feel rushed. She is proactive on treatment of anything and also a registered nutritionist. She will never say "well, let's see if your leg falls off first before we do something". She knows your history, will take action when needed, and also give you a reality check even if uncomfortable. I am seriously dreading the day when I move away from Pittsburgh and have to find another PCP, because none have ever or will ever be as great as Dr. March. Definitely choose her and don't stress about the wait.

My grandmother has been a long time patient of both him and his father. She is 89, suffering from…read moresevere dementia, malnutrition, and pain. When she asked him for something to help with her arm and leg pain he suggested he could cut them off for her (I'm assuming as a poor joke), but provided no other solution. She had been sick with multiple hospital visits and he did not so much as refill her prescriptions OR fill out her hospice paperworkin a timely manner. He never prercribed her anything to help with her dementia nor did he put anything in her medical record indicating she had it so when she went to the hospital they had to code her for sun downing. If she wasn't set in her ways with keeping his family as her physician we would have switched a long time ago and she wouldn't be suffering as badly. Talk about someone who doesn't care for their patients. Couldn't be more disgusted at how he has cared for her.

She was condescending with a horrible bed side manner. Never once did she ask me what I would be comfortable doing. She only told me what was wrong with my current treatment plan that I have been on 15 years. The staff was not much better. The front desk receptionist was waiting on a very elderly man who was hard of hearing. He was confused on how to leave the office so she asked me to show him to the door and as he exited she said, "Bad enough he can't hear he can't read the Exit sign on door either." Whole atmosphere was awful wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with any kind of dignity & common respect.
