If you happen to be in El Aguilon (it's was what we, the natives, lovingly refer to it), this is the place to get your mexican pastry fix. Surprised the "tourists" haven't overran this place yet. Good thing too as the parking lot there is minute - it's almost like bumper cars but not as fun. Yes, the parking lot is small. Yes, you have to play Tetris with your car to be able to park. And yes it's hidden but by God, what a hidden gem it is. The smell of these pastries being baked are intoxicating. I swear, it seems like they bake all day because that dough-being-baked smell is constant throughout the day. You'll leave with that scent on you. Hell, I left, smelled my clothes and wanted to sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on me - either 1 lump or 2. ;)

They do not make the full size on Saturday but a half a$$ lil pebble that dissolves in the drink. You end up with just syrup that kinda taste like vomit without the full size pearls to balance it out. They said it's because they can't make enough pearls so they make small pebbles instead.. Bad for business and a terrible first impression if someone decides to go on the weekend. The owner and service is great! However they have put more focused on Silver Spoon over the Silver Leaf and it shows. The teas have water down and become inconsistent with its quality. Sad to see how this place is falling off. No longer worth the high price. Prices that were already higher than places in Austin TX. Gets a 2 only because of how nice the owner is and great service. Quality and water down drinks make this place lose 3 stars from what they were a year ago.

This is strictly a walk-up window so you can wait in the shade or your car. My friends tried the mangonadas, Rusas (not pictured) and I had the Experimento (orange, pineapple, pickle, and fruit). We were able to ask questions to ensure we all chose the right treat! The mangonadas were fresh and included Chamoy and chili powder (both spicy and sweet) and truly refreshing for the summer heat. My drink (Experimento) was sweet and satisfied my thirst - it had a mix of both spicy and sweet chili powders, Chamoy, pickle juice and more! You can't go wrong with any of the treats and they also have some savory snacks! I can't wait to visit again to go and grab a snack!

My expectations were low considering that there weren't many places in the area to choose from. When I drove by I was immediately drawn in by the curb appeal. This business is a renovated house with a couple of cute picnic tables and umbrellas in the front. Upon entering I was immediately loving the welcoming vibe and the Modern farm house decor. There were plenty of areas to hang out and enjoy a nice book while sipping some coffee. If I lived nearby I would definitely make this place a nice quiet recharge zone for myself. The display case was filled with all kinds of yummy baked goods! Everything looked so delicious that it was difficult for me to decide what to get. There were cookies, cupcakes, muffins, brownies, stuffed croissants, various loaf slices... the list goes on! They also had a very nice selection of hot and cold coffee drinks as well as tea and fresh squeezed lemonade. It took me a while to decide what to get... in the end I regretted not buying more, lol. I purchased a Pecan oatmeal cookie (that thing was HUGE), a strawberry stuffed croissant, and a lemon Blueberry cupcake. I also got an iced coffee and a strawberry lemonade. I was surprised to find out that every single item was a win! My hubby is a picky eater and it takes a lot to impress him when it comes to trying something new. He LOVED his strawberry lemonade and strawberry stuffed croissant! The lemonade wasn't overly sweet, it was perfect! The strawberry stuffed croissant had a yummy creamy mix of whipped cream and cream cheese for the filling with fresh strawberries. The powdered sugar was a nice finishing touch. After having a bite I wish that I had bought an extra one. The lemon Blueberry cupcake was amazing! It was very moist and the cake part wasn't overly sweet. It had some yummy fresh blueberries baked into the bottom. The Pecan oatmeal cookie was very yummy. It took us a while to finish it because of how big it was. My iced coffee was also very good. We were super impressed with the selection and quality of what this place offered. I wish that there was a place exactly like this near me. We will definitely be back!

I had the Red Velvet Shake and a Mango Tea with Aloe Vera. The shake was super delicious! Perfect consistency and very creamy tasting. The Mango tea was good as well. All of their products are Herbalife based. While at the shop I got to talk to who I believe was one of the owners. He was super friendly and very informative.
