They showed up when expected, worked quickly and professionally, and left without a twig or branch left on the ground, and there was A LOT of stump grinding, including a large patch of wild bushes and trees. All the stump grinding areas were left clean, leveled off, and ready for me to put out grass seed. SO HAPPY WITH THIS BUSINESS. I plan to use them again next spring and whenever the need arises.

Julio came over to discuss the project and what I wanted done. I needed a large limb removed that had fallen and lodged on my roof. I needed the limbs over my roof trimmed back. And I needed a massive, half-dead limb removed from my neighbor's tree that covering and threatening half my deck. I'll bet it weighed in at a ton. He explained how he would do it, gave me what I considered a reasonable price, and we set up a time. With other companies I've had bent gutters, cracked sidewalks, fence and deck boards. Not with Julio. He and his crew were careful and meticulous. Everything was either handed down or lowered by rope. It was cut up, hauled through the alley, and chipped at the curb. He showed me before and after pictures of the roof. And when they left, my deck and sidewalks were cleaner than when they got here. During the project he moved an expensive piece of outdoor furniture and did not move it back after completing it, because of where and how he left it, it ended up being damaged and having to be replaced. I provided all the information to him about the original cost and the cost of replacement (which was less than what I originally paid), explained my attempts to get just parts for it from the manufacturer instead and the video of it being damaged. He never responded to my request for remedy of the damaged furniture when I sent him the proof of price. The rock work was okay. He changed the scope in the middle of the job and didn't finish one section of it, so I got pretty confused on how the final invoice amount was arrived at. From the amount of work and materials we removed from the quote midway through the project to the final product, it didn't seem quite right. Also, he didn't put the landscaping fabric under the edging, so I have a ton of unexpected weed control I have to manage now when the purpose of installing the rock was to be lower / easier maintenance because, again, I have a disability that affects my mobility. He's a hard worker I just wish he would have made things right regarding my damaged property. He told me his insurance doesn't cover wind damage and did not offer any other remedy. If he'd worked with me to replace the furniture that was damaged, I would have given him a higher rating, but as it is, this is my honest opinion of the value, quality and overall customer experience I received. I can't recommend this business at this time and will be letting the division of Yelp that oversees contractor recommendations know as well since I found him through them.
