My wife and I had tried for years to lose that extra weight but simply could not get it done. Diane was able to help us better understand the issues of metabolism and food consumption through the educational materials associated with this program. She emphasized the importance of understanding what was happening to our bodies when we made certain choices. The results were indeed rapid. My wife and I met our goals in the first two weeks and I continued to lose for another couple, most likely due to improved eating habits. Since that time, we have asked questions and she has been very responsive. The result is that after nearly 3 years, both of us have maintained a weight level that we are happy with.
