We're also looking for a 6-burner Vulcan or Wolf commercial gas range. So...we told them right off the bat that we're just small time residential buyers. But they treated us like Royalty. In particular, Kent was AWESOME and incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE. He spent a lot of time helping us. He also educated us about some potential issues with residential installations. We were completely oblivious until we talked to Kent! There's a giant outside yard in back with hundreds of stainless steel sinks, tables, racks, etc. Pretty cool.
