Sparkling Clean moved our furniture off of the rugs for us, rolled up the rugs, and loaded them into their van. The estimated return of our rugs was 2 weeks. They called one week later to let us know our rugs were done and set up a date and time to return them. They were returned at the time we scheduled 2 days later, fresh and clean as new! The crew rolled out the carpets and placed them back in place. Then they returned the furniture where we wanted it. Amazing service experience! Very fair price!

two years ago I was impressed - hard worker, wanting to work and a different method. This year I…read moreshould feel lucky he could squeeze me in "his schedule" - and the process is different and definitely not worth it. You would do much better renting a machine and carpet cleaning yourself. When I pointed out problems he said he would come back, but what a joke that was. Oh, this day - and he forgot, oh that day he'll try to work it in - oh this day but now he can only do at this time. Seriously don't bother. Then of course here is the invoice, but if you pay in cash it is minus the taxes ... so someone wants to say he's "honest" - go figure. I will not use him ever again - and everyone that has seen his work here definitely feels the same. Honestly call a place like Stanley Steemer - you will get a better job, better price and they work with YOUR schedule.
