With two days left after our first month all we had received was a list of keywords and a few articles that were almost certainly AI generated, about 20% of the promised scope which included a lot of improvements to our site as well which they never even touched. When we asked for the other deliverables and asked to pause the contract to make sure we could review the first month of work they became defensive, forced us to pay for another month with their 30-day cancellation policy but refused to deliver any of the promised work. They are much more interested in getting all they can from clients than delivering on their promises. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: SEOLocale's response only goes to show they are just a bunch of salespeople with zero concern for your brand. I was interested in developing the backend/SEO side of my site and mentioned this several times in the phone call as well as the return email. Why they think I wanted content written when I am an established journalist and freelancer is beyond me.

I contacted them on a Monday when another printing spot fell through and I needed the programs for that Saturday's service. That other place falling thru was the best thing that could've happened to me. Donna was so patient and caring with me. She had so many different examples and suggestions that you can be assured your end product will be personal and everything you need it to be. Donna and her staff went above and beyond for me during a really difficult time and everyone who attended the service just raved about how lovely the programs were. Don't look any further for your printing needs. I fully intend to use and refer DuBose Printing for years to come.

Unfortunately I wasn't available so I picked it up so they allowed me to come in next day. The lady that serviced me was very nice and professional. They packed my invitations in sealed clear wrap. I think they offered envelopes to purchase but not knowing I had already purchased some. I would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they are a black owned business and run incredibly well. It appears they do posters, business cards and flyers as well.

How I am now "crossing boundaries" as a person to do this to him and the company. I'm sorry but the email he sent to me was crossing boundaries. Tells you a lot about who this person is.
