They said my trash barrel would arrive by Friday, January 30th. I moved in the next day and it wasn't there. I assumed it would come by during the week, and it never did. I called on Friday (I know, I should've called earlier) but they had already left the offices so I left a message. They called early Monday morning (yay!) and said it would come that day. I even talked to the collector that morning who said he'd personally make sure I would get one. Tuesday, nothing. Wednesday nothing. Called Wednesday and left a message saying that I would need a phone call back on Thursday before noon or I would need to be calling another trash service, you know, since it didn't seem like they wanted my business. No call. Nothing there on Thursday when I went home for lunch. I get home on Thursday at 5 and there was FINALLY a trash barrel there, two weeks late, but by now I am so angry that I just want to find a business that will 1. Do what they say they will do 2. Call me back and/or 3. Maybe apologize for blatant customer service errors. I'd rather take my business elsewhere, since they act as if don't want mine.
