He is a pleasure to work with and be around. Curious, positive, soooo calm. My son is enjoying some brain massage.

Stress and worries leave my body as soon as I step into the front door. And that's before I even start my massage! The ambiance and cozy vibes are immaculate; the plants and decorations create good Qi (energy) and I already know from the get go that my experience will be relaxing. And it was. I had a 60 Min Full Body Swedish Massage ($70 cash, $75 card). My masseuse did a wonderful job. I felt safe, relaxed, and well care for the whole time. Since I've come before I knew what to expect, but my masseuse still explained and checked in with me regarding her pressure. I appreciated her communication! It can be intimidating having to undress and get under a blanket (especially if it's your first time), but the staff here has always been respectful throughout the whole massage before AND after. Giving me time to undress & knocking on the door asking if it's ok to come in. Very respectful and kind! I've had 3 different ladies for each of my visits (I need to write their names down so I can give recognition!) but wow they all have magic hands! If it's your first time getting a massage just kindly let the staff know! They will help take care of you and walk you through it. Overall I highly recommend Oasis Massage to anyone, especially if you're wanting an affordable massage & to feel like you're in heaven ‍‍‍

I'm excited to review my experience here, because it was nothing short of amazing!…read more Also, I need to put this out there.. I read the 1 star reviews, and they made absolutely no sense to me, and it's unfortunate that they felt the way they did. I would honestly say that they should give him another try!! I honestly don't know how anyone could think Zakarie was anything short of amazing and professional. None the less, I will say it now, and will say it later... I HIGHLY recommend seeing Zakarie (if you want a great massage, and lots of really helpful information (if you ask).) Also, be warned.. I am going to say that I appreciated many things in this review. (Enjoy!) Let me take you on a walk through my experience here.. Once I parked in the parking lot, I walked in and no one was at the front desk (I had no idea anyone was supposed to be there, so I decided to wander around on my own so I wasn't late) I was able to find suite 23, and get to my appt on time (FEW!). I knocked on the door, and was promptly greeted, and asked to sit down and chat about what I needed worked on. The rooms vibe was very calm, and it was very clean, and set up in a very accessible way. Once we chatted for a few minutes, he gave me a couple more to get situated on the table. The table heating thing was on, and I had just got off work and was still pretty warm.. So I asked if he could turn it down or off, and he immediately shut it off and made sure I was fine. (I appreciated that, and didn't want to be drenched in sweat during my massage!! Hahaha) He started on my upper back, and felt around to see what was tight and how he was going to go about it. I was in dire need of a real deep tissue massage, because I am a full time student, working full time in a full active roll at work that has me standing for 7+hrs, and workout 6-7 times a week in addition to that. So let me tell you I WAS READY!! But then, I realized I really don't know which spots connect to where and how tight certain parts of my body were, and when they were worked on OH BOY did I feel it. (Note; it didn't hurt, and I was not uncomfortable at all! Just slightly unprepared for how tense I was! Haha) I just started laughing and said (on multiple occasions) that my muscles were a lot tighter than I thought (which was very true!) At one point, he stepped out for a few minutes (I think it was a few minutes.. I was so relaxed that I started dozing off, so I really don't know) haha but once he came Back, he acknowledged that he stepped away, and added a little time onto the actual massage. (Which I also really appreciated!) Zakarie was very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated it! Towards the end, he helped loosen up the area between my shoulder and my peck (I don't remember what it's called now.. oops..) But I do remember him having me lay as flat as I could, but my shoulders were not touching the table... Which was SUPER WEIRD to have pointed out, because I never realized... But once he stretched my arms around a couple times, my shoulders basically splat back onto the table mostly relaxed. I was so surprised I was so tense, and still am surprised how off my shoulders were haha Once the massage was over, he gave me some more information about how I could stretch, which was very helpful as well! This was seriously one of my top 3 favorite massages I've ever gotten, and I learned some stuff too (which I always like!) Honestly I probably missed a couple things, but overall I had a wonderful experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

I reached out to Remedy Massage Therapy & they communicated back within an hour of time availability. I've had plenty of massage therapists and being a bigger guy I have trouble finding anyone with the strength to dig in & unlock my shoulders/neck, but Zak was able to handle it. His methodical approach left me wondering about all the other massages I've had. So many of them bounce around without really coordinating one area with another but that wasn't the case here. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment because I'm sure you'll return...I know I will.

I've been to a couple different Elements Massage (Lake Oswego, Tanasbourne) for MEDICAL MASSAGE,…read morewith focus on both legs and feet for lower peripheral neuropathy along with some lower back pain and muscle tension and cramping issues from a laminectomy at L3 as well. Out of every treatment option under the sun, massage therapy is the most useful. No drugs, PT or surgery even come close toward relief and recovery after over six years of dealing with my conditions. Sadly most insurance doesn't cover massage or has very limited visits per year so it gets expensive fast, even though my doctors would prescribe it perpetually for the medical benefits if I requested it. My latest visit at Tanasbourne in late April of 2024 was 90 minutes with Kat, she did a fantastic job, dug in deep with hard pressure as I prefer, light massage does nothing for severe neuropathy and preventing debilitating muscle cramping. Deep tissue is the way to go, on scale of 4-5 with 5 being hard pressure pain in a good way, she put in a solid 3-4. PROS: - Have always had great DEEP TISSUE massages every visit by a man or woman, therapists have been well qualified. - Every visit the massage therapist listened and focused on the areas requested (after years of severe neuropathy I know where to focus). - ALWAYS feel better after a deep, and sometimes painful massage, the kind where it hurts so good. - All professional, no feeling of being uncomfortable or pressured to tip. - Clean and modern facilities. - Mellow typical massage music. - Tables that raise and lower and are heated. - Can usually accommodate a quick same day schedule. - Most locations are easily accessible and disabled friendly. CONS: - No direct billing to insurance (some locations used to do this, but stopped), but can provide you with an invoice. - Does not provide a hot moist towel at end like many places do to wipe off any lingering lotion or oil, even though they have them and sometimes use them during your massage. Even less fancy places provide a dry towel. Nothing here, I guess you could use the massage table sheets. - Massage oil or lotion had a slight scent, nothing unpleasant or too strong, but noticeable. - Encourages tipping, even for medical massage (which shouldn't be required). ... While I don't mind tipping a little for Medical Massage, it is often deemed as necessary by medical professionals, just like Physical Therapy. Some massage therapist charge a higher rate for 'Medical Massage' and therefore make note that gratuity is not necessary as it's basically included in the rate. The benefits towards positive health with massage is far greater than the world, insurance or science might document, sort of like chiropractors, even though many insurance are starting to accept them now as legitimate practice. I mean, we don't tip chiropractors, PT, primary care doctors or surgeons?!? Some chiropractors have onsite massage, but my luck with finding a good deep tissue massage therapist through a chiropractor has yet to happen, probably because it's a lot of work and requires a lot of strength and stamina to dig in deep. Solution -- establishments need to pay their massage therapist a far better base rate, then tipping wouldn't be even be a question. My guess is that most chiropractors and massage studios don't pay their therapist a higher rate for 'Medical Massage' grade therapy, when they should ... The industry needs to change their mindset. SUMMARY: Elements seems to hire qualified massage therapists, no complaints there. Rates are on the higher side. Biggest downside is on the corporation as a whole being too lazy and cheap to bill insurance directly and not paying extra to their therapist for Medical Massage, and of course no towels for cleaning yourself up before exiting.

Because I swim laps daily, walk, and do strength training, mu muscles often get sore. Plus, I have a lot of fascia from dozens of surgeries, and the fascia creates a lot tightness, restriction, and pain. Denis has training and experience in fascia release and his techniques are exceptional. The massages are intense, and the release is transformative. Denis has a soothing voice and as he is working on the tension and fascia, he guides me through each step, telling me how to breath, where to focus my mind, on which muscle, how to lean into the stretch and release. This ensures we are working in unison, and it truly makes a difference! Over the past 2 years I've dealt with a fractured femur, hip replacement, and tightness in my pelvic floor and piriformis muscle. While I see a physical therapist weekly, and do daily exercises, without the specific work and release of these muscles, I would not be making progress. Denis is so intuitive and can feel where my pain and tightness is without me even telling him. His skills are exceptional and he is helping me regain my mobility. TheraTouch offers monthly packages making massages affordable and part of my wellness routine. Wish I could afford a therapeutic massage every two weeks, but that's not an option for me. If I hit the lottery, I'd book with Denis weekly! When Denis is not available, I've had massages with Louis and other therapists, and have always had a fantastic experience. I've loved every single massage I've received over the years.
