It took everything in me to not cause a scene with this guy. For the sake of the mother of the decease I sure hope the funeral service itself goes much smoother. Be careful if you're considering using this funeral home - they want their money and only provide compassion for that who pay. Forget about other halves of families. Wow.

My husband wrote his own obituary and expressed what kind of casket he wanted. Jordan was able to fulfill all of his wishes. Steve Toft came to the Concord Care Center when he passed and used such care and kindness as he was taken away. At the burial everything was perfect.
