Our newborn was 5 weeks old during the session so kinda out of the newborn sleepy state, but impressively, Jessica was able to keep baby calm and asleep in various positions - both wrapped and unwrapped! (And our session lasted about 2.5 hours, not including the prep and nursing part.) My husband called her the "baby whisperer"! I researched several photographers in/near the TriValley area and ultimately went with Jessica as her schedule aligned with our work/school schedule, but more importantly, she offered the natural/bohemian style that other photographers didn't seem to showcase. Jessica has many outfits and props for the newborn session. She gave us some options and chose the rest which we were happy with. She also has a very clean and spacious studio that is great for families (especially during the pandemic), with a restroom and separate room for families to get ready and mom to nurse/pump. There was also a water boiler to warm up milk and a changing table which came in handy for us as my newborn had a blowout right before the session started-- impeccable timing of course! From the quality and quantity of her photos, we clearly see how talented Jessica is! We are beyond impressed! You can absolutely tell Jessica cares about her work and clients! She took great pictures for our engagement session, which was included in the package we choose. She had a lot of ideas of poses and the park she chose lent itself for great pictures. That same night we got a sample of one of our pictures and within 2 days, she delivered all of them to us. We were very happy with her timeliness and with the quality of the pictures. She met us at our wedding venue months before the wedding since she had not photographed there to familiarize her self with the venue. She took the time to talk about the pictures we wanted as well as finding good spots for pictures. We thought that was very nice of her and it showed her professionalism. She was punctual the day of the wedding and took a lot of amazing pictures. We never really felt her presence, yet she took pictures of every special moment and of all our guests. We received the wedding pictures within 10 days, which is extremely fast compared to other photographers we interviewed. She is not only a great photographer but is also extremely sweet and personable. It is very easy to get along with her and made our experience with her very pleasant.

I met this wonderful Lady at a quinceanera last weekend 5/19 in Redwood City. I was the photobooth…read moreattendant. I hadn't noticed her before until our eyes locked and she smiled. She was taking a short break and checking out the scenery. It was shortly after this moment where I realize she was a vendor at the event. I found some time to take a short break and walked over to where she was painting faces on the teens. I thought that was so cool and I always wanted to get my face painted - especially by good painters! You know I had to jump on that! When she was clear of teens, I casually walked over there and was still pondering if I should get something painted. She lured me in with a smile and a kind/gentle gesture (patting the seat chair in front of her). I was sold! I looked at some of the Disney characters on a few pages and thought they were cool. She then handed me another sheet that was filled with more exotic paintings (eg peacock feathers with glitter, rainbow colored designs, etc). I was totally "down" for that! "Which one will take you the fastest to complete?" I yelled over the loud music DJed as I needed to get back to my post (photobooth area). She pointed at this purplish-bluish glitter - what looks like - peacock feather painting. This covered 1/4 of the face. I took it as (1) she wanted to do something different than Disney characters that she's been doing all day and night, and (2) it was not that it was the fastest design but I think she thought this would look good on my face. "OK!" After a very wet dab of the sponge, and a few brushes from (what seems like) a thin brush, two(2) minutes later she's done! VERDICT I am totally booking her at the next suitable event to fit her services, even if that means its coming straight out of my own pocket. She's not only good but she's super nice and sweet. OH.MY.GOSH!!! Let me tell you all a story…read more I'm heading out to a 90's themed party. I got blue eyeshadow, red lips, and a side ponytail to complete my look. I get there and realize, I look basic! My world stops. This unique snowflake can't be looking basic. Luckily, I spot my new bestie, Lisa (btw Lisa, we're besties now), she's doing face painting at the event. I knew that my basic look is about to transform. I go over to Lisa and I ask her to freestyle whatever. My only real request is that it needs to have a ton of glitter. Only glitter can save me from being basic. She and I seemed to be on the same wavelink because she got me. It's like she knew what my deep desire far inside my rainbows and unicorns filled heart was. She tells me, "I got you and i got this". Ok, maybe she didn't use those exact words but it was similar. I close my eyes and felt like my fairy godmother was there for me as she was for my twin, Cinderella. Bibitty, bobitty bop and WHAM! I was transformed into the glittering, sparkling, beautiful butterfly you see in the pictures. I went from basic to extra in like a second. Next thing I knew, I'm like a 90's celebrity. Everyone wants pictures. The cellphone paparazzi was everywhere, and I made like Lindsey Lohan and showed it all off!
