The maintenance on it must cost us taxpayers a bunch of hard earned tax dollars. Trying to find an entrance took me a very long walk for an 85 year old. I loved the old branch. Easy to get to and very easy to use. Inside this new monstrosity of a very expensive truly awful building was also difficult too. The only thing the help could say was that they did not build it. Yeah, BUT our tax dollars sure did. I could go on for 100 pages but you get the idea. My wife and I will never be back. It is a long drive to down town branch but we might be forced to use it. SHAME on you library board or whoever approved this horrible building and parking.

The library has a large selection of…read morebooks, and is hooked up to the rest of Garfield county, so if there's something you want you can always request it. There are computers for adults and children to use, and a community room if you're looking for a large space to rent. GarCo just laid off a bunch of employees so we'll see how things change, but for the most part I'm very happy with this library! You can check their website for current events, but right now they have toddler storytime, teen reading, book club, etc. And they do special things around the holidays like visits from Santa and stuff.

This library is pretty decent in size and filled with great books. They also have a way for you to check out books in your tablet. The hours are pretty inconvenient and horrible: Sunday closed Monday and Tuesday 10:30am to 7pm Wednesday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm Saturday 11am to 5:30pm I only say this because the hours should be a little more consistent and courteous to those that get out of work a little later than 5:30pm. Overall this is a great library when it isn't closed.

Free wifi use if you have a laptop or you can use their computers for 30 minutes up to 2 sessions a day...not a lot but not an issue if you have a laptop or tablet. There are study tables on a balcony overlooking many shelves. The kids section is large and also has lots of elements for quiet play and reading.
