She was kind and very patient with my difficult last name. Although they were busy, they were able to add me on at the end of the day (I was so grateful). After filling out the necessary forms, Dr. Jay (his last name is tough to pronounce too) ran through a few test to see were my problem actually was. He did a number of adjustments, talked along the way of what he was doing. He was very easy to talk with and didn't speak above my understanding of my injuries or what I needed to do afterwards. I am very pleased with him and his staff. I definitely will be returning and recommend him to anyone who needs him.
