Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. Safeco insurance adjuster estimated the damage at around $1100. Lenny contacted me and said what the adjuster wanted to do was not the proper repair. I agreed, I was in the auto business and had experience with this kind of repair. Lenny fought for my rights with the insurance company. They agreed to review claim. Long story short a $1100 claim became a $4500+ claim. Without Lenny's advice my auto would have had a substandard repair. The repair and the paint work was perfect. The matching of the painting was great. There is no one in the auobody business that has the quality staff and pride as Lenny's. Lenny is the best in the business.
