We gave ted mountains of evidence and after we pushed him to pursue the case, he refused and said he will not bother filing the case. As the client, Ted did not care to move forward and solve this small issue. Mr. Whittington refused and billed us for his time on all of the calls. I pointed out that they were charging me a sheriff lockout fee that never happened. The tenant surrendered the keys, so there was never a need for the sheriffs. They're just a sleazy firm.
