When I asked to switch to a video appointment (because the text message THEIR company sent me said it was easy to do so) the accountant Jean, that I've used for years, got on the phone with me and was equally as short and unaccommodating. Also responded to me like they have no control over what the text messages say. Also, making it clear she would prefer I just came in and not switch to a video appointment. (let me also add they have needed to reschedule my appointment twice on THEIR end, which I was happy to do) I said I didn't appreciate how short they both were, that I was shocked because they had been so nice in the past, and I said I would take my business elsewhere.
