If you are thinking of getting adult braces read this…read more I could give Dr. Thomas and his team 10 stars I would! There's a reason this office has such great reviews. Since I was home all the time and wearing masks outside all the time, Covid inspired me to do something I always wanted to do. I got adult braces and now am finally fixing my bottom crooked teeth! Going to Dr. Thomas was a no brainer based on reviews alone. But a friend also recommended this office as she used them for her adult braces too. The service and staff is top notch and you can trust yourself or your child will be in the best hands. Another interesting thing about Covid is that it also had me re-think my lifestyle and I decided to relocate to Arizona just 5 months into my treatment. I didn't think saying goodbye would be so hard. When you find a great service provider you want to stick with them! I wish I could afford to fly back for adjustment but alas, I had to find another orthodontist to continue treatment. And I have to say I was also so appreciative for Dr. Thomas's help with the transition as well. He went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to stay on track and have the beautiful smile I had always wanted by the fall. I can not recommend him and his team more highly! Do yourself a favor and go with them!

We never saw the same orthodontist or tech more than once. I don't know if they use random per diem orthodontists or moonlighting residents but the orthodontists don't seem to have much of a role. They come for 3 minutes and the tech does everything. 2. They are not careful or maybe it's a lack of skills. Something as basic as scraping off excess glue/cement so it doesn't puncture/irritate the gums when putting on orthodontic device. 3. There is no one on call for after hours at this practice. No one answers the on call service. They just don't pick up. You're out of luck if anything goes wrong after hours. 4. Difficult scheduling appointments. You must make your appointment weeks in advance. If you need to reschedule for an unexpected reason, there are no available appointments. They are also always running late. You wait in the waiting room, then wait again in the chair. Clearly overbooked all the time.

We love this office so much and Dr. Segal, that we will be taking my little brother here for his braces! Dr. Segal has actually been checking his teeth out for a few years now based on our personal concern of the way they are growing in. As soon as all of his baby teeth are out, we are relieved to know that he will be in the best hands with Dr. Segal based on my own experience with him. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend.

My children have been visiting her since their first checkups, now ages 21 and 19. I have to say we have quite a history. Throughout the years there have been checkups, fillings, sealants and a lot of undivided attention to detail. You can tell she truly loves what she does and you can sense her genuine interest in every component of your visit. She makes children feel safe with her reassuring mannerisms. My kids now know the truth, but when they were little, they had no idea that they were administered Novocain "injections".......yes, she's THAT good! They never felt a thing. The atmosphere is bright and clean. You are greeted with an array of colors and 3D adorableness around every corner. The staff is so welcoming with their "hellos" as they escort you to one of the magical exam rooms. Every dental hygienist takes great care and engages with the patient while all along including "mom" in the visit. They are truly fantastic at what they do, and for that I am grateful. I must admit, our favorite is Sue. She and Dr. Champion have watched my children grow up so they make great effort to catch up on the last 6 months in between checkups. Dr. Champion goes above and beyond in her care. I'm always in awe of her. Just yesterday my son reported for his routine 6 month checkup but saw that he had a problem and immediately changed her schedule to take care of him right away. She could not "let him leave like that", is what she said, and she didn't. She fixed his smile so that he could regain a confidence that only Dr. Champion realized was needed. Not only that, she spoke to "him" reassuring him that he could call her at any time to let her know how the repair was lasting. She really wanted to ensure my son "stays" okay. She is a gift to us, adored by my children and myself, and all who encounter her great compassion and care. Go see Dr. Champion....you'll see that what I'm saying mentions only a fraction of the excellence you will encounter at Pediatric Dental. Your kids will love her...and you will too.

am very saddened and disappointed to have to write this review…read more I saw the Facebook ad and checked out the reviews which were phenomenal plus they provided service to my favorite ballers was an extra plus I figured!! They accepted my insurance and even provided a link for financing for which I was approved for !! I was very impressed with the staff and facilities, this was my dream place... What could go wrong??? Hadeer was very responsive to all my questions via email which meant a lot to me... I was a bit apprehensive about the cancellation policies which varies from a $100 to possible up to $8000 or more if you had to reschedule surgery within a month., I was still willing to take that gamble..however I had a persistent cough from mild controlled COPD and after checking with my Dr, he recommended I get clearance from pulmonologist. They were understanding at first but because I would be under twilight anesthesia for 7 or more hours this posed additional concerns... For instance about the anathesiologist and who would be monitoring me while I am under and even more importantly what kind of plan do they have in place if unforseen complications were to occur. It turns out they do not have a anesthesiologist on staff, never answered the question of if a dedicated and qualified staff member would watch over me and what plan do they in case of emergency... They just ghosted me and stopped taking my calls and responding to emails afterwards., I no longer hold them in high esteem, it's all about the money and prestige but I caution whoever go there for procedures like implants to due your due diligence and ask these hardball questions and note their response.... They did not have care or compassion to tell me I am not their ideal candidate, I would be writing a 5 star review instead. PROCEED with CAUTION or you may pay with your life or health...

When my son was young, I knew his bite alignment and teeth needed orthodontic attention. Through referrals from friends (who gave Dr. Kazmierski glowing reviews) I scheduled a consultation. Immediately, I was impressed by the office and by Dr. K. He took time with us, articulated everything so well, and was extremely professional. I was impressed because he told us to hold off...to wait until my son was older and in the perfect window of age/growth to address the issues. Fast forward to today: My son is 14, and just had his braces removed this week. The alignment of his bite is perfect. His smile is beautiful! (I may be a biased mom.) Through the 2 years of braces (and of additional orthodonture devices to correct his bite) every single appointment has been a breeze to schedule. We never waited more than a minute in the waiting room. The front desk receptionists are so kind. The assistants to Dr. Kazmierski are top notch. And Dr. Kazmierski is the consummate professional, meticulous to detail in correcting smiles. Never once has my son complained about coming to an appointment either. And, bonus! The convenient location allows for easy access to shopping and food shopping during the longer appointments. I was able to make great use of my time. A big thanks to Dr. Kazmierski, Lori, Lisa, Cheryl, and everyone who have made this chapter a great one.
