We recently moved to Magnolia and needed to find a new PCP for my father. He was the FIRST doctor to actually spend time with my Dad, answer ANY and ALL questions we had, and made us really feel like he cared. He didn't push unnecessary medication or treatment and he gave us a realistic timeline so we were able to make what time was left truly count. We are so grateful for God bringing Dr. Dibble into our life and allowing us to experience what a true doctor/patient relationship should be. We really appreciate his after hours phone calls to check in and his condolences card that was signed by his entire staff. Unfortunately, our only regret is that we didn't find him sooner. The Lord called my father home and we are so thankful for Dr. Dibble treating him with kindness and professionalism. God is working through him and we genuinely believe that I can't recommend him enough. Thank you so much Simple Traditions ~ The Cates Family

I was not abkw to speak when he called so I asked if I could call him back. When I did, I got sent to voicemail so I hung up and figured I call him back in a little while. About 20mins later, I get another call and it happened to be him! We spoke on the phone for quite a while and he listened to my experience and concerns etc! He was the sweetest man with such empathy and caring for others it actually kind of caught me off guard considering the other one there. He was an absolute angel to say the least! I told my husband as we left that day I wish I had seen him instead, never have meeting him before, but I bet I would've walked out happy not bawling my eyes out. After speaking to him, I guarantee I would've had the type of Dr and experience I needed, anticipated and want in a sensitive situation. If you do decide to go here, do NOT see "dr" Johnson, make sure to let Melissa, the angel front desk/asst, that you want an appt with Dr. Dibble ONLY. I can not thank you again Dr. Dibble for everything you did for me yesterday, you are a Godsend! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

My first visit there was for a tooth abscess, the second was my blood pressure. Unfortunately, today was another tooth abscess. I have horrible teeth. My last two pregnancies absolutely wrecked my mouth, so unfortunately, the kind of work I need done is thousands of dollars. I just don't have it right now. Sometimes with the abscess, I just need an antibiotic, some Tylenol or ibuprofen, and I'm good to go once the antibiotics are truly in my system. Sometimes I develop cellulitis and need a little help with the pain. I try not to ask for it unless i really need it because there is a HUGE drug problem in my county and with the way my teeth look, I don't want to be labeled a drug seeker, especially when 85% of the time, an otc pain reliever at max strength is plenty. Today, I had a nurse I've had before and she was amazing. So was the other nurse helping, and the technician who did my CT scan. I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with the receptionist beyond check in, but he was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Adam John Dunstone is another matter all together. By the time he came in with my CT results, it had been 5 hours since I had tylenol and 4 hours since i had ibuprofen at home. So, I asked for help with the pain. I was told he couldn't give me a prescription for anything, which was fine, I just needed something until I got home. Surely, a Tylenol would have been fine. I was sort of offered Toradol, only for him to change his mind and tell me "the pain will be a nice reminder that you need to get your teeth worked on." Honestly, I'm seething. Does he think I can forget? I have an abscess and cellulitis. It's all the reminder I need. Does he not know how much dental work costs with or without insurance? Is he so jaded by the drug seekers, that he has lost all ability to show any kind regard for his patients. A simple no, when I asked, would suffice. I even appreciated him telling me he couldn't give me anything. (Maybe I didn't meet the requirements, idk.) His last remark was so unnecessary, so condescending, and quite frankly out of line. I was so angry, I was in tears and could barely express my anger to the nurse when she came to discharge me, so I just got out of there. I understand there are rules and people come in there with not the best intentions, but not even a Tylenol? So, maybe a one star for the doctor himself, because he DID verify the infection hadnt spread beyond where it had been, and he DID give me the most important rx for an antibiotic. But any respect or appreciation I had for him, went down the drain, because he was an ass, instead of a doctor.

My mom, who was relatively…read morehealthy and who walked without a cane or walker before her fall in June 2022, went to the ER of this hospital after the initial treatment hospital, Memorial Hermann Cypress, screwed up her blood pressure medications which caused multiple over-medications in the nursing facility she was subsequently transferred to for rehab. All the ER docs at Methodist Willowbrook were great EXCEPT for Dr. Dollar. His first act of negligence was to blow off getting a patient history from me and my mom. Rather, he asked for the discharge paperwork from Memorial Hermann Cypress and Cypress Pointe Health and Wellness Center (which needs a separate bad review) and said he would use those to dictate his notes. Well, trouble was, both sets of paperwork had errors. I guess because of her age (89) and because she was out of it in the ER from an overdose of BP meds and because she was recovering from procedures to stop internal bleeding from the previous week's fall, he diagnosed her (I later found out) as functionally quadriplegic!! WHAT??? She fractured her pelvis but that wouldn't affect her long-term mobility. Unfortunately, Dr. Dollar was her attending physician once she was admitted. The procedures done at MH to locate and stop the internal bleeding resulted in blocked blood flow to both feet, a condition called "blue toe syndrome". While at Methodist Willowbrook, the condition was causing her excrutiating pain and I asked if he couldn't give her more pain meds or a sedative or something. He then said to me, in front of my mom, "Well, we could put her on palliative/hospice care. She's not going to make it through this anyway, with her multi-system failure." WHAT!!!? She didn't have multi-system failure! She was perfectly fine before she fell and she was clearly going to recover with the proper treatment! After that, I filed a formal complaint with Methodist and tried to get a new attending, to no avail. His subsequent visits to her room lasted about 5 seconds as he had no interest in doing a proper history and proper exams. A couple days in, when she was clearly not well enough to be discharged, he walked in and said, "Well, her other doctors say she's ready to be discharged." I replied, "No, she's not!" At which point he walked out of the room and issued discharge orders!!! I've since spoken to several nurses about the experience, and they all said they've had problems with Dr. Dollar.

I ended up selecting Dr. Meghan Hunter after researching the credentials of doctors in the area. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They remember details about me and my family when we visit. The nurses are awesome and are very knowledgable. Dr. Hunter is extremely smart and personable. She does not treat folks like they are a 10 minute slot. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed. Each time I have visited Dr. Hunter, she clearly articulated my issues, described my treatment plans, then got me on the road to wellness. Yes, sometimes they run behind, but it's a doctor's office. Sometimes there are serious issues that they must tend to and sometimes there are routine issues. I highly, highly recommend this practice!
