i lost my house to foreclosure a year ago and recieved a letter from a collecion company saying that we owed then the difference , i called serveral Bankurptcy attorneys and all said i needed to file for BK or else the colleciton company will sue me and my wife and garnish our wages and even levy our bank accounts if we didnt settle with them!
