I just started seeing Dr. Flores after he was highly recommended to me by my community group. I was in for an unpleasant surprise when I found out that my old dentist had long ignored many of my dental issues that I had including severe grinding of my teeth. Dr. Flores took a lot of time and showed me photos of my teeth (something my old dentist never did), and what all needed to be done. He established the priority for the treatment plan, and went through great detail about everything. My old dentist would barely spend 3 to 5 minutes with me. Due to a change in my insurance, I had to stop seeing Dr. Flores temporarily. Fortunately, I am back to seeing him again and will start my treatment plan soon. Great practice! I went to get cleaning and fillings after neglecting my teeth for years. Dr. Flores was super nice and welcoming. He really cares about his patients. Not only does he explain everything he is doing, he also provides educational tips on how to take better care of your teeth. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I did three fillings and it took about an hour. I really liked that no anesthesia was required since the procedure was done by laser. I'd like to start by saying I've visited many dentists throughout all the places I've lived in California due to my many dental issues. I can say that in all my experience, I've never encountered a more caring, courteous, and professional dentist than Dr. Flores. The office is nice and open, relaxing and clean (with free refreshments to boot!). It is also one of the first dental offices I've been to that had big windows and lots of natural lighting. I'm also a stickler for clean restrooms (and they got that too). I'm not surprised to see other very positive reviews. Dr. Flores saved my life! I came down with a severe tooth ache on Labor Day and wasn't able to find a dentist who could help. A neighbor reached out to him, gave him my number, and within 30 minutes he called ME (on a holiday!). He had me in his chair for an emergency root removal and root canal therapy within 24 hours. I have provided a review for Dr. Flores of Rancho Dental Studio in the past, but am providing another review for a different procedure I recently received. In my previous review, I had mentioned returning for the laser snoring treatment offered by Rancho Dental and had finally made it back with delays due to COVID-19. First, I can say that I was hesitant to return to any medical environment, but when I decided to take the leap, I was super comfortable with the clean, sanitary environment of the clinic and was immediately at ease. As far as the procedure, I was really nervous about laser treatments in general. I couldn't keep costing myself, and my wife, anymore sleep due to my snoring. I had been diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and had tried everything from mouth guards to CPAP machines. I woke up with sore teeth with the mouth guards, and the CPAP machines were more trouble than they were worth (not to mention very physically unappealing). I consulted with Dr. Flores and found that, in my particular case, I was a candidate for laser treatment. He walked me through the procedure and I was very confident that I could easily handle this - especially given my dental anxiety! The procedure consisted of me watching one of my favorite shows (The Office) and feeling some warmth in my throat. I couldn't believe how simple and painless it was. The result: Even after just the FIRST treatment, my wife reports that my snoring is drastically reduced, and that if I do snore, it's much quieter. For me, I wake up feeling better overall - much more energy and easier to get out of bed. I feel rested. I intend to return for follow-on treatment to see more improvements! read more

The office is clean and sleek and modern. All their equipment is brand new and high tech. It's not like the old school dentists that our parents used to take us to! Loved that they took super zoomed in pictures of all my teeth and we were able to sit and discuss problematic areas and ways to keep my teeth healthy. After a great cleaning I decided to book my treatments w him ( which was over 1000$ cheaper and less work then what the last dentist quoted me). Dr. Flores is truly a great dentist! I came in for the first time nervous about trying a new dentist, and his energy calmed me down immediately. He's really bubbly and super down to earth. I never had a dentist who went into such great detail about dental care and he answered literally all of my questions. He is very patient and does whatever he can to help you. He is gentle (in a good way) with inspecting and cleaning teeth and always explains what he is doing. The dental hygienist is also amazing, too. She was really helpful with getting me an appointment and explaining procedures. She was also gentle on x-rays where they put the appliances in your mouth before they take the X-ray. Dr. Flores has a cool screen that you can see as your laying down where he will show you what is going on in or around your teeth, so I thought that was super helpful! He is very honest and tries to work out interventions you can do to accommodate for whatever you may have going on in regards to dental issues. The office is super clean and very organized.
