Had plumbing problems for over 6+ months and still have a ceiling that continues to leak water into bedrooms and bathrooms. If you make a maintenance request be prepared to wait even if your place is leaking water. Either management doesn't care about its tenants or the apartment complex is just to far beyond to repair. Make sure your car has good shock absorbers because driving through this lot your bound to hit potholes every 12 inches. Drive slow too because the lot isn't wide enough to fit 2 cars most of the time on each side. I'd give this place less then one star if it would let me. I stay here because my son is a Senior in High School so I'm Sol right now.

The downstairs apartment promised to me before them was no longer available, so pregnant and with a toddler I had to be put upstairs instead. The big boss is rude when you walk into the office, won't acknowledge you when you walk in and takes calls in the middle of a conversation without apology. They say things and go back on it. My A/C has been broken and functioning poorly since i've moved in i've asked for it to be fixed numerous times and the on site maintenance fiddled with it but nothing. I called again and asked for them to hire a AC specialist and they said they'd just send the maintenance guy who never even showed up, so I had to sleep in a 90 degree apartment. After being in a 90 degree apartment for 3 days and nights it was finally fixed. It ran my electric bill up well over 300$ because if i hadn't let the AC run all day it would've gotten even hotter. Everyone lets their dogs roam leashless all day so if you have kids they will run up to you or start fights with dogs on leashes. There's no laundry hookups so you have to go to the laundry room and pay 2.50 for each dry/wash. Most of the time a lot of them are broken or working poorly and you don't know till you use it... Good luck trying to get a refund if you use one that is now all of a sudden broken. They lost the contract between the complex and spectrum and said they'd deduct what we paid previous month in the next month's rent and never did instead they randomly added some kind of fee to the rent. The big kids are always breaking the swing set and people leave their cigarettes everywhere including in and around the playground. People smoke while swimming in the pool even with kids around in the summertime as well.

This complex in my opinion is below average. My partner and I lived there for about 3 years. At…read morefirst it was great. Rent was cheap and we had all the amenities we were looking for. The only downside was they pretty much rented to anyone. We had plenty of neighbors over that time and none we got to know. They got bought out and that's when rent started to go up. Pandemic hit and they did nothing to show appreciation to their tenants who were still paying rent on time. Maintenance was pretty much non existent during that time too. I think PPE should've been required for them to wear just like other essential workers. We had some problems with the last apt. We had a water leak from the unit upstairs and no working plugs in our bedroom or bathroom for months. And our unit was located pretty much located in a flood area and by the dog park where no one picks up after their pet. It always smelled like dog sh** as soon as you walked outside. Oh and did I fail to mention that they have no security system in the parking lot. My truck started to have issues as soon as I started parking it there after bringing it over from my parents house. Just a friendly FYI. You won't get your security deposit back because they use it for your last water bill because they are behind with billing. Also, inspect your unit very carefully because they will use it against you with a cleaning fee. Lastly, turn in your key because they'll use that against you too. If you can find a nice rent house for this price then go for it. I do not recommend this complex.
