Worst experience ever had. On top of that I asked for specific things to be cleaned inside and outside my truck and they said ok but didn't do it. I had to go back over everything I asked specifically for them to clean and watch as they actually did it while I watched. I also had bird poop on the top of my truck bed cover that I asked if they scrubbed off, they said yes, but they did not. All it looked like they did was spray water on it and at the end they wipe it down to dry it off. Rims WERE NOT WIPED DOWN. The dirt around the wheel well was still very much there. The seats were not wiped down. Just over all I feel I could have saved the money and done a better job myself with a water hose. But since I was on vacation I figured this seemingly professional spot would do a great job. But no I was wrong. One guy spoke good enough English that I could understand and all other workers looked at me like I wasn't speaking English. I paid the extra money and got and extra shitty job done. I will not ever go back there

I'm honestly very disappointed with this place. I paid for the "Deluxe Hand Wash & Vacuum"…read moreexpecting a complete service, but my car came back barely touched inside. The vacuuming was either rushed or not done at all. There was still visible dirt and debris on the floor mats, under the seats, and even on the seats themselves. For a service that specifically includes "Vacuum Interior" and "Air Detail," this is unacceptable. I've given Wash N' Go multiple chances because I wanted to support the business and hoped the service would improve, but it's been consistently the same poor quality every time. At this point, it feels like a waste of money. There's no attention to detail, and the results don't match what's advertised. Management really needs to step in and fix these issues because customers shouldn't have to keep paying for incomplete work. Please see pictures for details.

I emailed Evan yesterday, and he responded promptly. He came by today this afternoon for the scheduled car wash (I did not get any detailing, just a wash). He was very professional, and did a fantastic job. My car looks like it's new again (and trust me, it was dirty. I have to park it outside most of the time). And, no weird smell inside like I get at educated. Yay! Plus, he vacuumed everywhere. I had sand all over my car, and I don't see any now, not even in small corners. Also, his prices are super reasonable. The price is better than what I was paying, and he comes to my house so I don't even have to go anywhere. The price depends on the size of the car, which for me is nice because I have a smaller car. Plus, this just seems logical to me. Why should I have to pay the same price to get my Mini washed as someone else would pay for their SUV? Thanks Evan! I'll be contacting you soon for another wash. P.S. this is my first review I've made on Yelp. Yes, it was that good. Editing my review from 5 to 4 stars: I haven't been able to reach Evan since the first wash. I'm not sure if he's still doing car washes or...? The website is still up but he hasn't responded to my emails.

I am beyond pleased with the quality of work Evan did on detailing my car…read more I have a furry monster of a dog and because of him, the inside of my car was covered with fur and sand in every crevice. I've taken my car to get cleaned at other places but they never do a very thorough job. After my dog had an "accident" in my car, that was the sloppy, runny, stinky icing on the shitcake and it was time to get a major detail inside and out. After calling a few other mobile detail places that didn't even bother to answer or return my calls, I stumbled across Diamond Shine. Not only did Evan answer, but I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. He spent 3 hours on my car and when he was done, it really did gleam with the ultimate freshness inside, outside, and top to bottom. I got several compliments on how clean and shiny my car was after he got through with it. Thank you Evan, you're the man!
