She would not exchange my currency for a different bill to try stating she can't open the till drawer unless I was purchasing something. I have an entire cart full....the self checkout just wouldn't take the bill. Most useless customer service ever. I ended up leaving the entire cart. They can't even exchange cash? They gave me no other options like.... Canceling the order and rechecking in another checkout. We just stood there while an associate kept putting the bill in and it would just spit it out again and again.

However, this company had my referral for over a month and never bother to contact me. I had to go in with a copy of my referral for them to help me. The service is far from acceptable. The clerk asked me information about the equipment I needed and told me that wasn't correct. She tried to give me the wrong size mask and filter but I refused it as it wasn't the right one. When she found the right size mask, which was the one I told her when she corrected me, not one comment. Will not recommended this place to anyone and I will try to get my referral back to my previous supplier. 0 stars on my book.
