I'm visiting the Devils Lake area and needed groceries on a Sunday morning. Before driving to town I checked the website for the local Wal-Mart to see their store hours. Thre was nothing posted for the grocery and bakery hours, but the optical and other ancillary areas showed that they were closed until noon. Since the grocery dept wasn't shown as closed I drove to town, only to find that the entire store is closed until noon on Sunday. Folks, you need to update your store's hours on the website to accurately reflect the hours of ALL departments!!! Right now you're not very visitor friendly. read more

The self checkout would not take the cash I had. It's all I had at the time for this purchase. (I had a credit card in my phone wallet but they didn't have tap) So I just needed to exchange the currency I had for a different bill. I was sent to customer service. She would not exchange my currency for a different bill to try stating she can't open the till drawer unless I was purchasing something. I have an entire cart full....the self checkout just wouldn't take the bill. Most useless customer service ever. I ended up leaving the entire cart. They can't even exchange cash? They gave me no other options like.... Canceling the order and rechecking in another checkout. We just stood there while an associate kept putting the bill in and it would just spit it out again and again. read more

Bought tires from them because I was promised lifetime rotation. Went in yesterday to get them rotated, they told me they can't rotate them because my pickup is too long. Not happy. Will never buy tires from them again. If you are going to buy tires for your pickup, go somewhere else read more
