First, a lady riding a bicycle stopped, and a few minutes later a man stopped and ended up doing all the work. We were eternally grateful so we tipped the lady and kindly thanked the man. Once we started driving again, Karen started researching places to get a new tire. We called several places with no satisfaction. The only place we found that had the RV tire we needed was LaBelle Tire Center, so we headed that direction. As we arrived at the shop, I was greeted by a guy that was super polite. I told him we had called about replacing the bad tire, so I retrieved it and jokingly said can we get this repaired? Since the tire was beyond repair with large holes in the sidewall, he laughed and took the bad tire in to have it replaced. Within 30 minutes, he had the tire replaced with our spare. He not only mounted the new tire, but he checked the air on all four and even helped me put the spare back on its mount. When I went in to pay, the man at the counter was super pleasant and helpful making our bad experience into a good one. As we were leaving, another shop guy even guided us back safely so we could get back on the main road. As we continued on our journey, I told Karen that was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with this type business and if we ever have the situation where we need that type of service, we will literally go out of our way to return to LaBelle Tire Center in LaBelle, FL.

The owner says he writes things down to remember but when I brought the parts he told me to buy he said I don't remember and didn't write it down. The lady also said bring it on a Sunday. I did that. And then he came out and said I need it during the week instead. I don't even live here! I told them that several times. I called several times to coordinate and nothing they told me was remembered written down or abided by. My recommendation.. pick another tire shop. He said he aligned my wheels I brought the car back cus my steering wheel was still visibly towards the right car STILL pulls to the right. 210$ later..

Wasn't presented with a quote before the job was done. $45 of that was to mint the tire on the wheel. That wasn't even with putting the tire on the trailer itself. Last time I went there (less than a year ago) this exact sand service and product cost me less than $90. This weekend I bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from Chris Martin at LaBelle Ford. I had been looking for…read morea specific color and had been in contact with several other local and out of state dealers. I shopped for about 2 weeks sending emails, text, and phone calls. I made a deal with a dealer on labor day weekend and drove over an hour to get there only to be disappointed​ when I got there. They changed the deal and didn't honor what they told me. Fast forward to the following​ weekend I was prepared to drive to Georgia after working out a deal with a dealer there. Last minute I found the Raptor I had been looking for on LaBelle's website. I contacted Chris Martin and explained to him the situation. I sent him pictures and details of my trade. Within an hour we had worked out a deal and I had a buyers order. I had a check sent from my credit union on Friday and drove an hour and a half over to LaBelle on Saturday. When I arrived they already had the truck detailed for me and waiting in the garage. I took it for a quick test drive​​ and went into handle the paperwork. There was some misscomuicaiton about my tags. They ended up having to give me new tags, but didn't pass on the cost to me. They said they'd honor the exact deal we worked out. In and out within an hour. This is how the car buying expirence is supposed to be. They are an honest dealer that knows the value of customer service! When it comes time to buy my next vehicle, they will be tops on my list.

We trusted them and they are screwing us over!
