This is an 'Open All Hours' place that sells wines, beers, tobacco, cleaning products, tinned goods and various other odd and ends and, like the alleged competition along the road, it does a brisk trade. The staff are helpful and the prices are pretty much what you'd expect from such a store.

They have a hot stand that has fresh pastries and snacks every morning - not bad if you need breakfast on the go! The shop is well-maintained and neatly organised. There is a small stationary section, cards and gifts area, as well as toys, toiletries and the necessities - milk, bread and eggs! The staff is always bubbly and welcoming (regardless of the weather!). They're open till late and seven days a week. There is a car park and the shop is wheelchair accessible. They always have offers on, whether it's on alcohol, confectionary or desserts. There is university accommodation across the road, so there's no surprise they stock all the ready-meals students could need!

After purchasing items from poundland store in Nuneaton, to discover on my return home I had left…read morethem behind at the self checkout. Me telephone calls to the store were unanswered, I then emailed Poundland customer service, who answered promptly with two suggestions re what to do. I returned to the Nuneaton store the next day producing my receipt explaining my dilemma to a very polite female supervisor, requesting me to wait while she checked the camera. After a short wait she returned to me explaining that I had walked away leaving my products at the till point. She then preceeded to collect a duplicate of my items from the shelves.
