I came here last time with my dad to do an oil change, they charged us 40. This time I came by myself and this guy was trying to charge me 90 apart of a tire rotation and wheel alignment which he said the total would be 190. I told him that doesn't make sense, last time I was charge 40 then he said, oh okay yea we can do that for you, the price for those 3 service will be 190. I smiled, said thank you and left. Cheap, honest and local. What more can you ask for from a tire service center. So I got breaks down here recently and it cost $60 for the front. I have also bought tires here as well, both used and new and I haven't had any problems so far. Most of the staff do speak spanish, but there are people who speak english here if you need help. WARNING STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED YOUR TIRES ALIGNED OR ROTATED!! I went in for a alignment. I paid $80 service was fast. All is well until less than a week later that my steering wheel was turning right all the time and gradually becoming looser. Typically a car doesn't become unaligned this quickly. I finally made time to go back and get my alignment checked again today. Juan took my car for a test drive came back and lied straight to my face telling me that my car drove straight and that it was perfectly fine. Juan refused to do an alignment check on the computer after I asked him to prove it to me. I've had two of my friends drive my car and they all said that my car was driving crooked. That's some bullshit I know damn well when my car drives straight and parks straight. I couldn't even parallel park without my tire eating the curb and constantly having to readjust my wheel. There wouldn't be a need to constantly readjust my wheel if my alignment was done correctly the first time. They may be fast here but that doesn't mean the quality of service is good the people that work here rush. My housemate also came here to get her tires rotated and she ended up taking it to Pep Boys and found that her tires were squeaking and loose from Romeros. She literally saw them an hour before. Pep Boys actually fixed her tires for free after Romeros messed up her rotation. This is a warning for y'all to stay away from here if you need to get your tires rotated or need to get an alignment. read more

Plus they where charging me an additional $90 to adjust the caster on the car!!! and it was my Suspension frame the one that was bend.. THEY DIDNT CHECK THAT.. These guys are horrible and unprofessional. I had just installed a new lift kit on my jeep and took it here after to install the new tires and get it aligned. On my way home I hit a tiny bump and my car starts wobbling uncontrollably. Turns out Mr aligner didn't reattach my steering stabilizer. Yesterday I drove to the inland empire to get new rims only to find out they tightened my rims way too hard. Impossible for even changing a flat if I were to get one. Since it was late already all shops were closed to lossen it up so I had to drive back to orange county without getting new rims. Really guys? read more

This would be the place I would come to get my tires fixed. I purchased a new set of tires from here back in 2016 and I did my tire rotation every 4K to wear them out evenly well until the last time that I went to rotate them I was told that I needed new tires when this was barely a year and 4 days that I had purchased my tires and I was also told that the tires I had purchased were from fabricated in May 2009!!! Those tires were on their shelf for 7 years?! All that wear from just being there sitting on the shelf for all those years. So disappointed and will definitely not ever come back here nor recommend it. They will rip you off !!! read more

I went to this shop a few months back, to get an aligment. The technician told me some BS story that my car needed some "special bolts", hes like ill help you out, give me the money and ill install the bolts, just dont tell my boss. Don't trust them! Went to get my brakes inspected and mechanic said it may be cheap parts that caused my brakes to squeal. After agreeing to change front rotors and brakes, left for about a minute. He came back with a goofy, up to no good smirk and said "I have bad news you got metal to metal in your rear brakes." Why did he only decide to check front brakes and quote me then return back after a minute to check the rear brakes. He finally tries to get me to pay $500 for just all rotors and brake pads, when I only needed one rear rotor and rear brake. read more
