Daniel, the service manager doesn't know his ass from a hole in the wall OR about customer service and failed to let me know the status of these two units after such time. So...I drove down, as I lost my patience with A&E, to pick up the two pressure washers. On a recommendation, I pulled into Steam Cleaner Inc. Chris and Art were more than accommodating. I asked them to do what I asked A&E to do two months ago and Chris didn't think anything of it and quickly got to work on it. Art gave me an estimate and I was off. No shit, I received a call from Chris 20min later saying, "Come pick it up. It's ready!" What?!?!? - I flipped a U-turn and was back at Steam Cleaners where not only was the unit repaired but, Chris showed me the problem, the fix and the amount of pressure it was pumping. Transaction final, I was eager to get home and reinstall and use my pressure washer once more. Perfect! I'm happy again.
