He fixed our toilet (he actually came back on Thursday again to look at it because there was a tiny issue), helped us patch up 2 toilet paper rolls, and tacked on an adhesive to a tiny hole that was causing our shower door to leak. Then, when I went back and asked for a new estimate - they literally just shot a number back. When I asked for a breakdown, they ignored me. Poor communication, and intentionally overcharging.
