My seats are very plain no Tuck and roll or diamond pattern. I was there over an hour going over everything on my car with the owner and his wife. The inspected my car went inside looked at all the seats and told me a price complete for everything would be $2,500 which to me seemed rather high as I've had other seats done from the frame outward and it only was 1500 to 2,000. I went ahead and set up an appointment with him which was over a month later on, as that was the soonest he could take me. Then he asked me for a deposit, which I declined, as he had done nothing for me, and it was way over a month in the future that he was going to work on my car. I'm certainly glad I did not give him a deposit because I'm sure I would have been in hot water now trying to get it back. When I took my car back over a month later, for our appointment, he goes inside and inspects it again, and this time picks up crumbly foam from the seat, and says It'll be more money. I asked him why I thought he were going to do the seat stuffing and the covers. He said no, the 2,500 was for the seat covers only. He certainly didn't say that when I first brought the car in. I mean the car is 62 years old, and he doesn't include the stuffings on the seat for that price? He told me it would be $600 more for the foam. Didn't know foam cost $600. Of course I declined this outrageous price, it would push my seats over $3,000 just for plain seats. Please see enclosed photos. This is why people like me are afraid to go to Mom and Pop places, they try to rip you off. Now I've wasted over a month, waiting to have my seats redone. Any auto upholstery place, puts new foam stuffing in cars of my age. I mean the crumbles of foam were there when he inspected the car the first time, they didn't just magically appear the day I was dropping off my car. Absolutely a case of Bait and Switch price. I couldn't imagine paying $2,500 just for seat covers and nothing else. Outrageous! Beware of this place. It's relatively new, so we shall see if it's in business for long.

My drivers side powered window cable snapped. I searched for the closest car window repair shop,…read morenever had to use such a service so I wasn't sure what to expect however I did watch a YouTube video before heading that way to see if I could do it myself but I didn't have the tools on hand. After deciding to get it "professionally" done I came to this shop. I waited about an hour and a half (standing by my car cuz I noticed some shady behavior around my car) only for them to tell me they received the wrong part and I have to come back the next day. That they'll call me or better yet I should call them to see if they have received the replacement part. Now mind you...I've been extremely patient and quiet but watchful. I KNOW they didn't HAVE to drill a hole on the inside of my door to hold a wooden block to "hold up the window so it won't break until we can repair it" dafuq! that's 3! Then after like 45 minutes I noticed the guy left my key turned on but not all the way on so if I hadn't turned it off my battery would've drained. All of a sudden this guy comes back passes by my car takes a look at the dash sees the lights off looks at me to see if I'm looking and continues to walk away. The whole time he kept talking to this other guy and whispering back and forth and trying to block my view of the car and what he was doing. Ok, so now they didn't even put everything back in place on my door until they "fix it completely" which just seems like a ploy for me to bring it back to THEM. They even left my other windows down and the power to those cut off, had I not tried to roll up my other windows before leaving I would've realized too late and been caught all night with my windows down on the street. SMH.I just wanted to get home after such horrible service and being out in the heat the whole time. The way I was made to feel is horrible ngl kind of feels like its because they saw a single female taking care of business so take her money and time. I WAS interested in adding an alarm system and tinted windows but after that yeah, no thanks. I'm sure there's other businesses that treat their customers with respect and dignity no matter their gender. Telling all my friends and family AND sharing MY experience on all social media. I'm not sure if it's worth my time and money after all, gotta go back for them to finish the job or round two of bad service I already paid a deposit. Guess we'll see. Keep y'all updated.
