I called ahead of time explaining my car's issue, they said they do fix it and to bring it in. Upon driving 40 minutes to get there, I arrive and was told that it's $50 to connect the computer which took them 3 hours to do. They then called me and told me they do not fix the issue that I had because it's a transmission issue. I took my car to 2 transmission shops and 1 other mechanic and they confirmed that it is not the transmission and that it's working in bad faith and untrustworthy for mechanics to even charge to connect the computer. Again, I was fully taken advantage of. When I called the shop to get a refund, the owner YELLED at me at the top of his lungs. A man yelled at a woman! Not only are they scammers but they're aggressive. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

They advertise that they pay CASH at the time of pick-up, and that was what I expected. However, on the day of pickup, I learned they would give me a check. I was not comfortable with that, and my attorney said don't do it. Since Wheezy offered $200 more than the last offer I had received, I decided to meet and look at the check. Wheezy said it was their corporate check but not a cashier's check. Long story short, I deposited my check remotely, and it was accepted by my bank, and everything went well. I deducted 1 star because the advertising is not true even though the check was good. But that was not J & D Towing's fault. Juan, the driver, did his job as he was instructed to do. He probably had the cash in his pocket anyway to save the deal. Wheelzy is a well organized company that is excellent at communication! They are fast, communicate well, and follow up well. J & D was also on target and did their job well. I would work with them again.

I'm tired of doing that dance for four months. I saw that was also the same complaint for someone else that they damage the car and don't give a damn about fixing it so use them at your own risk. And I know that damage wasn't there before I took my car in because I got a car wash immediately before taking my car in and actually hand wiped down my car and I know that damage was not there.

The good news is that the motor was able to be installed very comfortably without any issues, the bad news is that upon installation, the screeching was the same. My Mechanic that has worked on my cars for years was put on the phone to discuss this with the WPE tech.... then the new motor burnt out.... WPE said it was my Mechanic's fault, my Mechanic said he didn't know what the problem was other than a bad motor or the Accumulator that was the problem. WPE gave me 2 options, one was to send the motor back and they would assess if it was a manufacturing issue and if so they would refund 100% OR I could agree to a 25% discount and get rid of the motor. I didn't want to argue further about this and I must way that the guys I spoke with on the phone at WPE were professional and I am pleased with the solution. The really bad news is that I made a mistake taking the gamble with this part and it cost me a little over $600 in shop costs and the WPE refund discount dealing with this and now I've purchased a new Lexus complete master cylinder. In summary, I think WPE is a good firm, just don't think the parts you buy will solve your problem and don't count on a tech in FL being able to help in California.
