Normally I would object to something as…read moreperfectly simple as Japanese cuisine being altered and I am pretty much a purist when it comes to Japanese cooking. However, the Argentinian chef at this restaurant has created some new and delicious twists which work really well. There is still plenty of traditional food on the menu but it is worth taking a risk and trying the Dragon Roll - a hit sushi roll with prawn and eel - for a real treat. We're keen to go back before our week-long holiday is over. The Caprioska was also great.
