I called Rikki at Equitack, and she asked me to bring it over for them to give an estimate. Orlando looked the saddle over, gave me an awesome price, and said it would be done in about a week. If that wasn't awesome enough, he actually turned it around in 24 hours, freshly oiled and looking gorgeous! I would never expect to get another repair returned so fast, that was an anomaly. They stay busy over there. But Orlando does great work on the repairs, and Rikki and Jamie are super friendly and great with communication. If you need help with a saddle, give them a shout.

After choosing a beautiful CWD, she came out to ensure it fit my horse. Because they have a saddle shop on site, they'll be making a few adjustments to make it perfect. I haven't had this level of service with used saddles in the past - it was always a risk for a big $ purchase. Equitack takes risk out of the equation and will make certain you are happy. One of the ladies who helped me (I believe her name was Cassandra) spent at least an hour helping me try more than 10 helmets to try and find the right helmet that fits me. Despite the fact that I could not find one that fits me well, she was so cheerful throughout my entire time there. It made my first experience with Dover so positive and stress free. They also have a large consignment area for those looking to not break the bank. I will say, I do agree with other comments that the staff is not always the friendliest. While they are helpful, sometimes seems like an inconvenience to ask them a question. They do offer a student discount that was great to use while I was in college but does not apply to a lot of the brands that they carry. Overall, I'll always be back even if my bank account begs me not to go.
