Patience is the virtue that any good teacher has, and patience is the quality that all the tutors in C2 possess. Also, when I began, I took two practice SATs on my own and on my first test in C2 and I kept scoring in the 1200s, however, when I went to C2, my scores kept on increasing, and now I am in the high 1300s to low 1400s range in only 90 hours. That's a huge improvement that this place has done on me! I arrive 15 minutes early for my first appointment. My daughter's instructor arrives 15 minutes late, pulls in the driveway and beeps the horn to summon us. She doesn't get out to introduce herself, there was no prior notification of her being late, and she has an attitude. The instructor drives off after my daughter enters the car and says she'll be back at 1pm. The facility has no waiting room or chairs. Luckily there is one metal bench my daughter and I shared while we waited. Unprofessional is a great way to describe my first experience. For the amount of money I paid to send my daughter to this school, solely based on reviews, I am highly disappointed. I can only hope the rest of the sessions go better since I purchased a package.

As a rule night classes tend to attract more motivated and older students who are less concerned with all the social distractions that preoccupy the daytime crew. I've worked with a few different people, only because my schedule has been a little tricky, but Huntington has always been flexible and able to find a time and person to work with me. They have saved my neck countless times, whether it be helping me get into Honors English my freshman year, or helping me catch up when I missed work after missing a month of school, or just generally helping me when I needed a little help. The instructors are kind and patient and the staff is friendly and helpful. The covid precautions are taken seriously- all students and staff must have their temperature taken beforehand, wear masks, and there is plexiglass set up between student and teacher (with a slit on the bottom to slide back papers and whatnot). But just overall, my grades are up, I feel good about my academics, and I feel secure and positive leaving the Center, always.
