The team was really quick to respond and gave special attention to detail when at my place. No doors dented, nothing knocked over, refreshing change from some past experiences with other companies I've worked with. Again, I only had two large items to be removed which is a rather small job to make the trip but in the end exceeded expectations. The consideration and care taken while in my home as well as making sure I was taken care of meant a lot to me as a customer and a person in need of some help. I have no doubt I'll have more items to be removed in the future and this one exchange has left me comfortable with not having to shop around.

I can highly recommend Horton's Hauling for clearing out large amounts of general junk. I've been…read morebuilding a trash pile for a couple of years now and finally decided it had to go. After getting a couple of quotes, I went with Horton's and I'm not sorry. I did get a shock when the gentleman picking up the load told me they'd underquoted but in recompense, they did offer me a discount and reduction (to zero) on the tipping fee. (It really did take two truckloads, which was more than they expected.) It was still more than I wanted to pay but far less than the other quote. Once they were finished loading, they policed the area for small trash and left it pretty much clean. My thanks to Drake, Nick, and the crew for a good job.
